This issue has been resolved. At this time, all new Walmart refund requests are processing normally. To prevent possible duplication of refund requests, failed refund requests will not be automatically retried. Please review failed refunds to determine if they should be retried.

Investigating
Our Engineering team is currently investigating Walmart Marketplace, Walmart Canada, and Walmart Dropship order refund failures. The refunds will fail with the error "The Refund Reason supplied is invalid".
