Investigating
Our Engineering team is currently investigating an issue with the Search functionality on the ChannelAdvisor Community. Searches are returning either blank or poorly formatted results.

Users are still able to navigate to articles outside of the Search functionality, as well as by following Community URL's directly.

This alert will be updated as more information is available.
