Monitoring
This issue is related to the Amazon Web Services (AWS) issue. Amazon has reported the underlying cause has been resolved and they are working through the backlog of feeds. We anticipate it could be several hours for full recovery.

ChannelAdvisor automatically retries product, order and shipment feeds until successful. ChannelAdvisor clients will not need to take any additional actions.

Amazon is currently experiencing an issue affecting ChannelAdvisor’s ability to send product data and importing of orders. This alert will continue to be updated as we receive more information from Amazon.
