ManoMano has confirmed it is currently experiencing an issue affecting ChannelAdvisor’s ability to send product data and import orders.
ManoMano has posted an alert to their status page:

Investigating

Our Engineering team is currently investigating delays sending product data to and importing orders from ManoMano. We have contacted ManoMano and are awaiting additional information.
