On Saturday, March 22 2025 at 6:00 AM EDT, the Rithum for Brands platform will undergo scheduled offline maintenance which will take up to 6 hours to complete.

This will impact the following services:
- complete.channeladvisor.com
- api.channeladvisor.com
- Rithum Fulfilment Services (RFS)
- FTP, SFTP, & Partner FTP

Rithum for Brands Support can be contacted during the maintenance at support-brands@rithum.com.

Once the maintenance is complete, our system will automatically process all feeds, orders and notifications queued during the maintenance with no action required on your part. Any API communication attempted during the maintenance will need to be resent.
