This issue is still currently impacting the importing of some orders and we are continuing to investigate.

Our Engineering team is currently investigating delays importing orders from the EMEA Amazon regions (UK, DE, FR, ES, IT, NL, SE, PL, AE, TR, SA, IN). We have contacted Amazon and are awaiting additional information.
