Our Engineering team is currently investigating an issue where Amazon Sponsored Brands campaigns are failing to pause when updated in ChannelAdvisor. The campaigns will appear to pause successfully, but revert to active on page refresh. We are working to resolve this issue with the highest priority and this alert will be updated as more information is available.
