On January 31, 2021 at 8:00 AM EST, the ChannelAdvisor platform will undergo scheduled offline maintenance which will take up to four (4) hours to complete.

This will impact the following services:

complete.channeladvisor.com
login.channeladvisor.com
api.channeladvisor.com
webadapters.channeladvisor.com
ChannelAdvisor Fulfilment Services (CFS)
FTP, SFTP, & Partner FTP

Note: Brand Analytics, Where To Buy, and Digital Marketing tracking collection will remain available.

ChannelAdvisor Support can be contacted during the maintenance at support@channeladvisor.com.

During the maintenance window, the listed ChannelAdvisor applications will be offline and unavailable. Once the maintenance is complete, our system will begin to process all feeds, orders and notifications queued during the maintenance. Any API communication attempted during the maintenance will need to be resent.
