This issue has been resolved. At this time, all shipping/tracking updates and refund requests are successfully being sent for Shop.com. All previously impacted updates have been successfully re-sent.

There is no action required on the part of ChannelAdvisor clients.

This issue is still ongoing as of today. Engineering is still investigating this issue with Shop.com with high priority. This alert will be updated as more information is available.

Investigating

Our Engineering team is currently investigating issues updating orders from Shop.com US and UK. This is affecting ChannelAdvisor’s ability to process shipping/tracking updates and refunds. We have contacted Shop.com and are awaiting additional information.
