On Monday, March 16, we are migrating our Brands Statuspage to a unified Rithum Statuspage. After this date, all traffic to https://status.channeladvisor.com/ will automatically redirect to https://health.rithum.com/.

What to Expect:
The new unified page consolidates all Rithum services, providing a single location to monitor the health of both the Brands and Retailers platforms. This centralized view simplifies incident tracking and allows you to manage all service subscriptions from one dashboard.

Subscriber Information
- Automatic Migration. All existing subscribers will be automatically imported to the new page with their current notification preferences intact.
- No Action Required. Your transition will be seamless; however, you may review or adjust your subscription settings on the new portal after March 16.
