This issue has been resolved. There is no action required on the part of ChannelAdvisor clients.

Investigating
Our Engineering team is currently investigating issues with previewing eBay ads on ChannelAdvisor. This impacts the ability of non-standard sellers to preview the listing description for a specific ad, but has no impact on the information being sent to the eBay marketplace.
eBay Standard sellers are not impacted.
We are working to resolve this issue with the highest priority, and this alert will be updated as more information is available.
