On Wednesday, 11 January 2023 at 12:00 AM CEST, OTTO Marketplace will be conducting scheduled maintenance which will take up to 24 hours to complete.
During the maintenance, the following communication to and from OTTO Marketplace will be delayed until after the maintenance has completed:
- Price and product data feeds.
Quantity and order updates should not be affected during this maintenance window. Once the OTTO maintenance is complete, the ChannelAdvisor system will automatically process all feeds that were held during this time and no further action will be required by ChannelAdvisor customers.
