A ChannelAdvisor vendor has made emergency changes to its system. To support these changes, between 12:00am EST and 6:00AM EST on December 9th, 2020, the ChannelAdvisor FTP site will undergo maintenance which is expected to take up to 1 hour to complete.
During the maintenance window, automated and manual FTP operations will be unavailable. Once complete, our system will process new and scheduled FTP operations.
