On Friday, 5 February at 10:30 p.m. EST, Newegg US, Newegg Canada and Newegg Business Marketplaces will be conducting scheduled maintenance which will take up to 2.5 hours to complete.

During the maintenance, Newegg US, Newegg Canada and Newegg Business Marketplace Seller Portals, data feeds and API functions will be unavailable. Therefore, the following communication to and from Newegg US, Newegg Canada and Newegg Business Marketplaces will be delayed until after the maintenance has completed:

- Product Updates
- Inventory Updates
- Order Shipping Updates
- Order Refunds/Cancellations

Once the Newegg maintenance is complete, the ChannelAdvisor system will automatically process all feeds that were held during this time and no further action will be required by ChannelAdvisor customers.
