Shopify is currently experiencing an issue affecting ChannelAdvisor’s ability to send product data and to receive order data. Shopify has posted additional information on this issue on their status page.

Our Engineering team is currently investigating delays sending product data to and importing orders from Shopify. We have contacted Shopify and are awaiting additional information.
